Job Title: Real Estate Lead Follow-up Executive
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry: Skycove India Pvt Ltd.
Location: Garg Shopping Mall, 3rd Floor, near Bhagwan Parshuram College of Technology, Sector 11, Rohini, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities-:
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, property portals, and referrals.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, location preference, and property requirements. • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS.
• Track lead status and ensure timely conversions.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and provide property information.
Required Skills-:
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate lead management or Telecalling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting. Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
