Auditor – KYC Associate

Department

ECO - Eligibility and Compliance Office

Role Purpose (Brief)

The USC Auditor will be responsible for auditing daily driver onboarding and KYC tasks

performed by KYC Associates to ensure accuracy, compliance with SOPs, and adherence

to regulatory and internal quality standards. The role is critical in strengthening quality

governance and minimizing onboarding-related risks and rework.

Key Responsibilities

● Audit daily driver onboarding and KYC cases processed by KYC Associates.

● Verify accuracy and completeness of KYC documents including Aadhaar and other

mandatory proofs.

● Ensure onboarding activities are compliant with defined SOPs, policies, and quality

benchmarks.

● Identify process gaps, errors, and non-compliance trends; report findings in a

structured manner.

● Maintain detailed audit logs, quality reports, and daily MIS.

● Share audit feedback with team leads and relevant stakeholders for corrective action.

Required Skills & Competencies

● Strong understanding of KYC processes and onboarding workflows.

● High attention to detail with strong analytical and audit skills.

● Good communication skills for reporting audit observations and feedback.

● Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and MIS reporting.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
