About the Role

We are looking for KYC Agents / Field Verification Executives to support customer verification activities in Lucknow.

This is a field-based role where you will visit customers at their assigned locations, coordinate appointments, complete KYC verification, and submit the required information through the designated application and verification process.

The role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with customer interaction, local travel, calling, and using smartphones/biometric devices for field verification.

What You’ll Do

Contact customers and coordinate KYC appointments.

Visit customers at their assigned locations for verification.

Complete the KYC process as per the required guidelines.

Use the designated mobile application and verification device to capture and verify customer details.

Ensure that KYC information and documents are submitted accurately.

Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers.

Complete assigned verification tasks within the required timelines.

Coordinate with the concerned team whenever clarification or support is required.

Earning & Payment

INR 70 per successfully completed and approved KYC

Indicative earning potential: INR 28,000–INR 35,000 per month, depending on the number of successfully completed KYCs.

Payment is processed on a 15-day cycle.

Work completed from the 1st–15th is paid within the following 7 business working days.

Work completed from the 16th–month end is paid within the following 7 business working days.

Additional verification activities may have separate payouts, wherever applicable.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

Have completed at least 12th standard.

Are comfortable with regular field visits and local travel.

Can communicate professionally with customers.

Are comfortable making calls and coordinating appointments.

Can use a smartphone and basic mobile applications.

Are responsible with customer information and documentation.

Are willing to work according to assigned locations and daily requirements.

Freshers are welcome to apply if they are comfortable with field work and customer interaction.

E-KYC Registration Process

Candidates selected for the opportunity will go through the required registration process:

Registration → Documentation → Reference ID → Mapping

The registration process is carried out through the Sahi Bank Mitra application.

Verification Device Requirement

Candidates should have access to an L1 biometric verification device from any of the following categories:

MANTRA

MORPHO

STARTEK

A refurbished or second-hand device may also be used, provided it meets the required L1 category and project specifications.

Work Area

The requirement is for Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with field visits across assigned customer locations.

Candidates should be comfortable travelling within their assigned area of Lucknow for customer verification.
