Job Description

  • A sales executive's key responsibilities include generating leads through outreach and networking, presenting and demonstrating products to prospective clients, negotiating and closing sales deals, managing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They also conduct market research, maintain CRM records, collaborate with other teams, and provide regular performance reports to management.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct sales visits or virtual meetings to present products or services, demonstrate their features, and tailor pitches to meet client needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Address customer concerns, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly or annual targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new products, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and execute sales strategies, keep accurate client records using CRM tools, and provide detailed performance reports to management.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide after-sales support, resolve customer complaints, and follow up on product or service issues to maintain customer satisfaction and build trust.
