Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (voice process) to join our team at Wonton Consulting Private Limited.

As a Key Account Manager (Voice Process), you will be responsible for managing key client

relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting business growth. This role is ideal for

graduates with a knack for sales and client servicing, especially those who are analytical and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle business accounts through voice-based support

• Apply sales and customer service strategies to retain and grow accounts

• Perform data management, track performance metrics, and handle P&L-level calculations

• Work in rotational day shifts (6 days a week with 1 rotational off)

• Operate from the designated office location in Shivajinagar, Bangalore.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate (any stream).

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience for graduate students OR MBA (Freshers with MBA can apply).

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

• Strong sales acumen and thought process.

• Comfort with basic financial calculations like profit & loss.

What we offer:

CTC: Up to 25,000/- per month for an MBA fresher

> Take home: 20,000/- per month for an MBA fresher

CTC: Up to 28,000/- per month for experienced candidates

> Take Home: up to 24,000/- experienced candidates

Quarterly Bonus: 4,065/-

Apprentice Salary:

> Freshers: 22,500/- stipend per month

> Experience: 27,000/- stipend per month
