Job Overview

Startek Aegis BPO is hiring Key Account Managers (KAM) for the Myntra process. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced graduates as well as MBA freshers who are passionate about customer relationship management, account handling, and delivering exceptional service.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience, or
MBA Freshers are eligible to apply.
Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
Versant Level 4 is mandatory.

Work Details

Work From Office
6 Days Working
Rotational Shift: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 9 working hours)
Applicable for both Male & Female candidates
1 Rotational Week Off

Salary Details

MBA Freshers

CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Take Home Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Experienced Candidates

CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Take Home Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,065

Apprenticeship Stipend

Freshers: ₹22,500 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹27,000 per month
