Job Description (English):

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for MBA freshers or graduates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, e-commerce, or account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle key client accounts and build long-term relationships.

Understand e-commerce platforms and manage product listings.

Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Work closely with internal teams to meet client expectations.

Required Skills:

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and product cycles.

Ability to think critically and sell smartly.

Good with calculations: percentages, averages, and profit/loss.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
