Key Account Manager

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is MBA (FRESHERS)and 1 PLUS YEAR EXPERIENCE IN E COMMERCE INDUSTRY. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with Working Days during the Shift Type shift.
