JOB BRIEF
The MIS & KAM Executive (Logistics) is responsible for maintaining branch performance data, preparing daily MIS reports, and managing communication with key clients. The role ensures smooth coordination between operations, accounts, and customers while keeping all logistics records accurate and updated.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
· Collect and update daily dispatch, delivery, and POD data.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on vehicle movement, trip summary, and branch performance.
· Maintain data of freight, billing, TAT (Turnaround Time), and customer transactions.
· Create and share dashboards and Excel reports with management.
· Reconcile customer data with operations and accounts (e.g., freight bills, payments).
· Ensure all MIS records are updated in Excel, ERP, or company portal.
· Analyze data to highlight delays, loss, or performance gaps.
· Act as the single point of contact for key logistics clients.
· Handle customer queries related to shipment, PODs, billing, and service issues.
· Coordinate with operations, billing, and transport teams for smooth client servicing.
· Maintain customer shipment trackers and share status updates with clients.
· Follow up for POD submissions, billing, and payment collection.
· Prepare client-wise performance and revenue reports.
· Support in resolving service issues and improving customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION
· Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
· Diploma or Certification in Logistics / Supply Chain / MIS is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
· 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations preferred
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Formulae, Dashboard).
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Strong understanding of logistics operations (dispatch, delivery, POD, TAT, etc.).
· Ability to analyze data and prepare management reports.
· Basic understanding of ERP / CRM systems.
· Attention to detail and time management.
