Job Description:

We are hiring Japanese Language Customer Success Associates for an international voice process in Jaipur. Candidates must have Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level and good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice calls in Japanese and English.

• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, booking modifications, and cancellations.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve complex customer issues.

• Maintain service quality and achieve performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level is mandatory.

• Graduate or diploma in Japanese language.

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.

• Strong spoken and written Japanese communication skills.

• Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.

• Good problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce, hospitality, or travel industries is preferred.

• Willingness to work from the Jaipur office in rotational shifts.
