Service & Support Engineer – Telecom & Networking Industry: Telecom / Manufacturing Location: Janakpuri East Experience: Fresher / 0–3 Year Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, IT, Networking, or related field) Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our telecom/manufacturing team as Service & Support Engineers. The selected candidate will be trained to work on telecom-related service support activities. Candidates with basic CCNA knowledge or certification will be preferred. Key Responsibilities  Assist in demonstration and testing of telecom equipment and CCTV systems.  Support senior engineers in network configuration and troubleshooting.  Perform basic configuration of IP cameras, NVR/DVR, and PoE switches.  Handle on-site service visits and support manufacturing/telecom sites.  Identify, report and rectify faults in network connectivity and surveillance systems.  Maintain service records, visit reports, and basic documentation.  Follow safety, quality, and company procedures at customer and plant sites.  Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and learning support. Required Skills & Knowledge  Basic understanding of computer networking (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP).  Fundamental knowledge of CCTV systems (preferable)  CCNA certification or CCNA-level knowledge will be an added advantage.  Willingness to learn telecom and manufacturing support processes.  Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, documentation).  Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Preferred Candidate Profile  Fresher candidates with internship, training, or project experience in networking/telecom.  Diploma or degree holders from Electronics / IT / Telecom background.  Ready to travel for site work and field support.  Comfortable working in factory/manufacturing and telecom environments.
