We are seeking experienced Customer Support professionals for an International Voice Process in Noida. This role is suitable for those candidates who have prior experience handling international customers and can communicate confidently in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions as an International Voice Process.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
Maintain professional and courteous communication throughout every interaction.
Manage customer queries, requests, and service-related issues effectively.
Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
Meet defined quality, productivity and customer service standards.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Job Requirements:
At least 6 months of prior experience in an International Voice BPO / International Customer Support process.
Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional communication.
Good listening, comprehension, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and respond confidently.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts,5 days/week and follow process requirements.
Professional attitude with a strong focus on customer experience.
Age Criteria: Candidate below 35 years of age
Important: Only candidates with relevant International Voice BPO experience will be considered
