As a Team Member (Voice B), you will be part of the customer service and service delivery team managing inbound/outbound international or domestic customer queries.
Key Responsibilities: Handling customer service inquiries, resolving issues at the first point of contact (First Call Resolution), providing technical support, or managing outbound service requests (like Permission to Work processes).
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (On-site) at designated BPO1 & BPO2 facilities.
Shift Timings: Highly flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts, primarily night shifts or specific international hours (e.g., UK/US shifts) depending on the assigned project.
Experience Required: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in international or domestic BPO voice processes.
Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time regular education (10+2+3/4 Graduation). Generally open to BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, and other non-technical streams.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (equivalent to CEFR B2 level or higher).
Domain Knowledge: Previous experience with specific customer care tools, CRM systems, ticketing applications, or specialized domains (e.g., Telecom, Banking, Utilities, Healthcare).
Soft Skills: Active listening, empathy, ability to manage demanding customer behavior, and strong brand representation.
