Mode: Work from Office

Eligibility:

Any Graduate (Mandatory)
1–5 years of experience in International Voice Process
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the US Banking Process
Resolve customer queries and provide quality support
Maintain CRM records and follow service standards
