Inbound Call Handling: Manage inbound calls from employees, addressing HR-related queries and providing timely resolutions.

Document Verification: Verify and validate employee documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with onboarding processes, including document submission and system access.

Employee Records Management: Update and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.

Policy Guidance: Provide information on company policies, benefits, and procedures to employees.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve employee concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate HR teams.

Compliance Adherence: Ensure all HR operations comply with legal regulations and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.

Experience: 0 to 3 years in HR operations, customer service, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply.
