Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to U.S. hospitals, clinics, and physician offices to request patient records.

 Follow up through calls, emails, or faxes to ensure timely receipt of records.

 Accurately update tracking tools and systems with request statuses.

 Ensure all activities are compliant with HIPAA and internal protocols.

 Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality goals.

 Collaborate with internal teams as needed for escalations or clarifications.

Required Skills:

 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical record retrieval, US healthcare, or RCM preferred.

 Excellent spoken and written English communication.

 Strong computer and data entry skills.

 Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminologies is an advantage.
