We are hiring Freshers for the role of International Voice Process Associate for a leading US Healthcare company.

Role: International Voice Process Associate

Responsibilities:

              Process US healthcare claims accurately and within timelines

              Handle and resolve customer queries professionally

              Maintain and update customer records in the system

              Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

              Use quick decision-making skills to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution

              Deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction

Who Can Apply:

              Fresh Graduates from 2022 to 2025 pass-outs

              Eligible Degrees: BCom, BSc, BBA, BA, Pharma (Non-Technical streams only)

              Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, Diploma holders

              Must be willing to work in rotational shifts

              Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
