US International Voice Process ( WFO)
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English
languages.
Resolving customer queries and requests.
Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
Job Brief
Handle customer’s problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely
manner.
Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
Regularly update customer database with accurate information.
Qualification and Experience
Any Graduate Fresher.
12th pass with at least 6 months of experience in BPO (customer service).
Shift and Allowances
5 Days working, 2 days’ rotational week off- US rotational Graveyard shifts, split week
off.
9.5 Hours shift (including 1 hr break).
Both side cab service if address is covered in our transport boundary (500 INR Per
Month from salary, 200 INR Professional Tax from salary)
Age Limit – 40 Yrs old max
Login Window is 11:30PM TO 5:30AM During daylight saving, Normally 12:30AM to
6:30AM
