As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns for international clients – Lyft and Airbnb – via voice process. Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls
Assist customers with booking, cancellations, account issues, etc.
Resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
Document interactions accurately in the system
