Freshers and candidates with up to 23 months of BPO experience are eligible.
0 – 6 Months Exp: ₹3.1 LPA
Training: ₹20,000/month
Post-Training (incl. variable pay): ₹22,000/month
7 – 12 Months Exp: ₹3.75 LPA
Training: ₹24,000/month
Post-Training (incl. variable pay): ₹27,000/month
12 – 23 Months Exp: ₹4.10 – 4.22 LPA
Training: ₹27,000/month
Post-Training (incl. variable pay): ₹30,000 – ₹31,000/month
5 working days (can extend to 6 days as per business needs – with extra payout).
Rotational night shifts (US Shifts).
