Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates or Postgraduates (10+2+3 format only)

• Must have degree or marksheets in hand

• B.Tech graduates NOT eligible, unless from Healthcare domain

• Must be flexible with rotational shifts

• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete voice support for international clients

• Handle healthcare process related to dental insurance eligibility verification

• Ensure accurate grammar and communication skills while handling customer queries

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken English and grammar proficiency

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work night shifts and handle international calls

Compensation Details:

• Experience Range: 0–2 years

• Salary: ₹2.8 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA

• Travel Allowance: ₹2,500 per month

• Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000 (100% monthly attendance)

• Note: Final CTC will be discussed by HR

Interview Process:

• 2 Rounds of Face-to-Face Interviews

• Both rounds at iSpace premises, Madhapur
