We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a voice-based customer service role. Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts and handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues over phone calls.
Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution.
Adhere to process guidelines and achieve quality standards.
Document call information as per standard operating procedures.
Minimum 1 year of experience in voice process (BPO/Call Center).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Willing to work night shifts.
No freshers will be considered for this role.
