About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound and outbound calls from US-based clients

  • Understand customer requirements and provide prompt solutions

  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when necessary

Requirements:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

  • Any Graduate or Undergraduate

  • Comfortable with US Night Shifts

  • Basic computer knowledge required

  • Flexible with rotational week-offs
