We are hiring for an International Voice Process for an onsite role in Gurgaon. The role includes handling international customer calls, resolving queries, and maintaining call quality standards.

There are two levels available:

CL-12 (Fresher Level):
• UG/Graduate (No B.E/B.Tech)
• Good English communication (VnA)
• CTC: ₹2.8 LPA (Approx. ₹17,000 in-hand)
• Monthly Incentive: ₹2,500

CL-11 (Experienced Level):
• UG/Graduate (No B.E/B.Tech)
• Minimum 1 year BPO experience
• Strong VnA skills with Versant Score 58
• CTC: ₹4.05 LPA (Approx. ₹26,000–27,000 in-hand)
• Monthly Incentive: ₹2,500

Job Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
• Open to 5 days working
• Must be willing to work onsite in Gurgaon
• Immediate joiners preferred
