• Should have rich experience in International Inbound & outbound voice process.

• Should have excellent communication skills, Customer facing experience, call handling skills, active listening skills, good typing and MS office proficiency.

• Customer support experience in any domain.

• Open to work in US shift (India night shift).

• Open to work from office (all days).

• Looking for female and male candidates.
