Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international customers.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
Resolve customer concerns with patience and a positive approach.
Maintain call quality and follow company guidelines.
Eligibility & Requirements
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous international voice process or BPO experience will be an added advantage.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduates.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
Candidates should be willing to work from the office.
