Job Summary
We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for an international logistics voice process. The role involves handling global customer interactions, providing shipment and delivery-related support, resolving customer queries efficiently, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience while adhering to defined performance, quality, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound international voice calls
Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery status, delays, and service-related inquiries
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions as per process guidelines
Maintain professional communication and service quality standards
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems
Meet KPIs related to quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction
Adhere to data security, compliance, and company policies at all times
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduates or Graduates are eligible
Strong verbal communication skills in English (C1 level required)
International voice or customer service experience preferred
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Salary Structure
Freshers
Graduate: INR 33,000 CTC (INR 28,000 In-hand)
Experienced Candidates
6–11 months: INR 35,000 CTC (INR 30,000 In-hand)
12–17 months: INR 37,000 CTC (INR 32,000 In-hand)
18–23 months: INR 38,000 CTC (INR 33,000 In-hand)
2+ years: INR 42,000 CTC (INR 37,000 In-hand)
