Support Associates. This role involves handling customer queries across various channels
including inbound calls, chat, voice process, and email support.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide solutions and resolve customer concerns effectively through various
communication modes.
*Eligibility Criteria:*
• Candidates must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
• Strong typing skills are essential.
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
Work Details:
• Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office).
• Shifts: Rotational shifts; any 9-hour shift within a 24-hour window, as per process
requirements.
• Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off between Monday and Friday.
