Job Description

Hiring – International Voice Process (US Banking)

Location: Velachery, Chennai

Role & Responsibilities

Handling customer calls
Manage both inbound & outbound calls
Resolving customer issues
Providing product/service information
Maintaining quality service standards

Eligibility

Any graduate
Minimum 1 year experience in voice process
Excellent English communication skills
Rotational night shift (Any 9 hours)
5 days working (2 rotational week offs)
Work from office
Healthcare domain experience related to patient follow-up is an added advantage
Candidates with 6 to 8 months gap can also be considered
Shift Timings

5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Saturday & Sunday fixed week off
