Job Summary
We are hiring for an International Voice Process to support employees of a global organization. The role involves handling inbound HR-related queries over calls and providing timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound voice calls from employees based in the US.
Resolve HR-related queries including payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, employee records, onboarding, and HR policies.
Provide a high-quality customer experience while maintaining professionalism.
Accurately document interactions and update internal systems.
Meet defined quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams whenever required.
Eligibility
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduation is Mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts (US timings).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
