Job Title: International Voice Process
Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Rotational Off
Job Type - Permanent
Compensation Structure (Take-Home Salary)
Freshers: 20,000–24,000 per month + CTC
1+ Year Experience: 29,000 per month + CTC
2+ Years Experience: 33,000 per month + CTC
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively while adhering to international quality standards.
Provide accurate solutions and query resolutions in a clear, polite, and professional manner.
Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT) and adhere to internal process guidelines.
Log and update customer details and case histories accurately in the CRM database.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues promptly.
Candidate Requirements
Education: High School (10+2) or Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2+ years in international voice/BPO preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in night shifts and rotational shifts.
