🔹 Band 1 – Freshers
• CTC: ₹2.8 LPA
• Approx. Take-Home: ₹20,000/month

🔹 Band 2 – Experienced
• CTC: ₹3.3 LPA
• Approx. Take-Home: ₹24,000/month

🔹 Band 3 – Experienced
• CTC: ₹3.6 LPA
• Approx. Take-Home: ₹26,800/month
