Job Title: Technical Support Executive – Non-Voice / Semi-Voice (International Process)

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shifts: Rotational Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational week offs)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Technical Support
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA

Job Description:

We are hiring Technical Support Executives for an international non-voice/semi-voice technical support process. Candidates must have experience in Office 365 support, Active Directory handling, and Outlook configuration, with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide chat/email-based technical support to international customers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 apps like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.

• Assist users with Outlook configuration, syncing issues, and mailbox errors.

• Perform basic tasks in Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks, user management).

• Log and manage customer interactions in ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.

• Collaborate with Level 2 support teams for complex issue resolution.

• Ensure timely updates and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international technical support (non-voice/semi-voice).

• Strong knowledge of Office 365 troubleshooting, Active Directory, and Outlook configuration.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts like VPN, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and work from office (Gachibowli).

• Age should be below 40 years.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate (Technical background preferred)

• Certifications like Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, A+, or CompTIA are an added advantage
