Job Description:
We are hiring for an International Process where executives will handle calls and emails from customers across different countries, including the U.S. and Australia. The role includes providing product/service support or technical support, assisting customers in resolving their queries efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from international customers.

• Provide product or service support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities.

• Ability to interact with customers over Call/Chat and handle service-related queries.

• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts (US shifts).

Salary & Incentives:

• INR 2,83,772 – 5,00,000 LPA + Incentives + Goodies
