Job Overview:
We are hiring a polite, responsible, and dedicated Travel Operations & Customer Support Executive for our Delhi office.
This role involves managing client communication, handling hotel bookings, and coordinating with our on-ground teams across Domestic and International Destinations.
👉 This is NOT a sales job — no targets, no payment collection.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Query Handling
Respond to customer queries via calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
Provide accurate and clear information related to itineraries, bookings, and travel plans.
2. Travel & Hotel Booking Management
Manage and confirm hotel bookings for clients as per company guidelines.
Ensure all booking details are accurate and properly communicated.
3. Destination Coordination (Domestic and International Destinations)
Coordinate with the Destinations on-ground operations team for client arrivals, pickups, hotel check-ins, sightseeing, etc.
Ensure smooth trip execution through timely communication.
4. Issue Resolution
Handle client concerns or trip-related problems in a calm and professional manner.
Offer quick and effective solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of all bookings, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Provide daily updates to the team and maintain organized documentation.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
Soft-spoken and polite personality
Strong problem-solving skills
Fully dedicated and responsible
Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks
Experience in travel/tourism is an advantage but not mandatory
