Position Overview

Best Escapes by Shree Ram Global is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage both international and domestic travel requirements for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of travel booking portals and the ability to deliver seamless travel solutions with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and curate customized travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations.

• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and holiday packages.

• Work on leading travel portals such as Travel Boutique Online (TBO), Trip Jack, My Partner, and similar platforms.

• Provide accurate information on visa requirements, travel guidelines, and documentation.

• Ensure timely resolution of travel-related issues, including cancellations and rescheduling.

• Maintain professional relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure competitive deals.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and payments.

• Promote additional services such as insurance, tours, and upgrades to enhance client experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in domestic and international travel consulting.

• Proficiency in travel booking portals such as TBO, Trip Jack, My Partner, etc.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related software.
