Unlike typical call center roles, this is not a target-driven or task-heavy sales job. Your focus will be entirely on quality communication, handling incoming international calls, and providing exceptional support to our global partners.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Inbound International Calls: Assist international clients with their queries professionally and efficiently.

Relationship Management: Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions on our system.

Education: Must have completed graduation (Any stream).

Language Skills: Excellent, fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
