Role Overview

We are hiring energetic, customer-focused professionals for our International Technical Support Process. In this role, you will assist international customers with technical queries, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, provide step-by-step solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience through voice support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers regarding technical issues and service-related queries.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, connectivity, and application-related problems.

- Provide step-by-step technical guidance to customers in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly manner.

- Assist customers with system configuration, software installation, login issues, password resets, and basic troubleshooting.

- Identify technical problems, analyze root causes, and provide appropriate resolutions within the defined timelines.

- Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures and verify that the issue is resolved.

- Document customer interactions, technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.

Candidate Requirements

Education: 10+2 / PUC or any graduate / postgraduate.

Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in international technical support, IT helpdesk, service desk, or BPO preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
