Customer Support International Sales Executive

NIGHT SHIFT -USA- CANADA
Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US market.

• Identify and qualify potential customers through prospecting.

• Understand client requirements and present the company's services.

• Convince prospects and handle objections effectively.

• Close sales and convert qualified leads into paying clients.

• Schedule meetings with decision-makers whenever required.

• Follow up with prospects until the deal is successfully closed.

• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales or an international voice process.

• Proven experience in cold calling and closing sales.

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

• Ability to work with sales targets and performance-based incentives.

• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.

• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Immediate joiners are preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
