We are looking for a dynamic International Sales Executive / Sales Manager to expand our presence in global markets, especially within the FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing international clients, exploring new markets, coordinating export shipments, and driving global sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute international sales in existing and new territories.
Study international markets and identify new export opportunities.
Develop and manage relationships with global clients.
Coordinate international shipments and export documentation.
Maintain order sheets and prepare reports to streamline billing processes.
Keep buyers updated regarding orders, shipments, and receivables.
Provide complete customer service including PI, contracts, and export documentation.
Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
Track shipments and resolve shipment-related issues.
Maintain MIS records and provide sales forecasts to management.
Proactively acquire new customers through outbound sales initiatives.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with international clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
