International Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

• Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and ensure order accuracy.

• Manage and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.

• Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and feedback.

• Liaise with production, logistics, and purchase departments to ensure on-time order fulfilment.

• Handle customer calls/emails regarding products, pricing, delivery, and service queries.

• Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking targets and achievements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Support marketing activities, including mailing campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions, if required.

• Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and vendors.
