Job Description: Outbound Telecaller

Salary Range

Up to ₹22,000 CTC per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct outbound calls to drive new subscriptions and renewals.

· Communicate product details, offers, and plan options in a clear and structured manner.

· Record call outcomes accurately and update all interactions in the CRM (Salesforce).

· Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely follow‑ups.

· Work toward defined daily and monthly productivity and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Experience

· Preferred Graduate with experience in telesales.

· Undergraduates with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

· Ability to work toward daily and monthly targets.

· Strong communication and persuasion abilities.

· Comfortable handling high‑volume outbound calling.
