Job Description
CLG Info Solutions is hiring motivated candidates for a UK Voice Process. The role involves communicating with UK customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and handling calls professionally.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time
Shift duration: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break
Saturday: Half-day
Sunday: Weekly off
•UK time changes seasonally, so the corresponding Indian shift time will vary.
Eligibility & Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good spoken English and clear communication skills.
Confidence in handling customer conversations.
Basic computer knowledge.
Own laptop or desktop running Windows.
Reliable broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps).
Good-quality headset with microphone and noise cancellation.
Quiet workspace suitable for professional calls.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and ready to work full-time from home.
