Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive – Social Media & Video Marketing Services Location: Remote (India-based preferred)

Salary: ₹25,000/month basic + performance-based incentives
About Us: We’re a fast-growing video marketing agency based in Dubai, helping real estate agents, interior designers, and business setup companies grow their digital presence through powerful podcast shoots, video content, and social media promotions. We're now expanding our outbound sales efforts to scale our business further. Role Overview: We’re looking for a motivated, resourceful, and energetic Outbound Sales Executive who can proactively generate leads and book meetings through strategic outreach on LinkedIn, Instagram, and email. You'll be responsible for building a consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline, initiating meaningful conversations, and handing off warm leads to our inbound sales team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, and cold email. Build and manage a target list of qualified leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile. Craft and send personalized outreach messages (text, video DMs, voice notes). Set up meetings between prospects and the inbound sales team. Track all outreach and engagement in the CRM daily. Work with the marketing team to align messaging for different verticals (real estate, interiors, business setup consultants). Conduct research to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates.
Requirements: 1–2 years of outbound sales or lead generation experience (preferably in digital marketing, media, or SaaS).
Excellent written and spoken English. Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instagram, and cold email tools. Familiar with CRMs (Zoho, Hubspot, or similar). Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized. Bonus: Basic understanding of social media trends and digital content marketing. KPIs: 100–150 new outbound messages per week 10 qualified conversations per week 3–5 meetings booked per week Daily CRM updates and lead progress tracking Potential for role expansion and promotion based on performance Why Join Us?
