Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat, email, and limited voice interactions.
Provide accurate and professional responses to international customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and TAT.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.
Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
Good typing and basic computer skills.
Comfortable communicating with international customers.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Candidates with international BPO/customer support experience will have an added advantage.
