International Logistics Process

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international logistics and shipment support process. The role involves assisting customers with shipment-related queries, tracking information, delivery concerns, service requests, and other logistics-related issues.

The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to understand and resolve customer concerns accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through voice support.

• Assist customers with shipment, delivery, tracking, and service-related queries.

• Understand the customer's issue and identify the appropriate resolution.

• Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer requests.

• Handle escalations professionally and follow the defined escalation matrix.

• Document every interaction accurately in the CRM/system.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and service-quality standards.

• Follow process guidelines, security procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and customer experience targets.

• Support sales or revenue opportunities where applicable during customer interactions.

Eligibility

• Graduates with no experience can apply.

• Undergraduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience can apply.

• Candidates with international voice experience will be preferred.

• Strong spoken English communication is mandatory.

• Communication requirement: B2H/C1 level.

• Candidates should be comfortable handling international customers.

• Sales orientation is required as part of the role.

Compensation

• Freshers: ₹26,000 In-Hand/month

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹35,000 In-Hand/month
