Job Summary:

We are looking for a B2C Sales Executive with strong communication skills and calling experience. The ideal candidate should have worked in direct-to-consumer (B2C) roles, preferably with UK clients. You will be responsible for making calls, generating leads, and supporting daily sales operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Explain products or services clearly and answer queries

• Convert leads into sales and meet daily/monthly targets

• Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Prepare reports on lead status and sales performance

• Stay informed about company products and market trends

What We’re Looking for:

• Proven experience in B2C lead generation (UK Campaign preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must have previous calling experience

• Skilled in handling objections and closing sales

• Comfortable using CRM tools

• Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset

Education:

• Minimum qualification: HSC pass

• Graduate degree is a plus but not mandatory
