Job Description – Lead Generation Specialist
Position Overview
We are looking to hire a proactive & detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist; your primary focus would be to act as a liaison between the company and clients, generate potential leads, providing information, service, regarding our SaaS solutions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new potential clients. You will work closely with the management to develop and executive strategies that goes with business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Research & create new leads and identify potential clients in market to target the qualify leads.
Strong skills in Lead Generation and Inside Sales
Conduct research on different industries and companies to build targeted lists of potential clients.
Experience with CRM tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
Should have a deep understanding of Software Development Services, SaaS, Software products/ services, their features, and benefits.
Initiate email and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and generate interest in our software development services.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements
· Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, & C-level executives to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
· Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged in the sales process.
Skills Required:
· 1+ years of experience in IT services sales.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence with stakeholders.
· Should have strong knowledge of technology industry, market dynamics, and opportunities
· Highly self- motivated and driven to achieve targets.
