Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Lead Generation Associates to join our Australian Outbound Calling team. The ideal candidate should have experience in international outbound calling and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to Australian customers.

Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.

Maintain follow-ups and update lead status regularly.

Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Ensure high standards of call quality and customer interaction.

Requirements

Minimum 3 months of International Outbound Calling experience.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Experience in Lead Generation or Sales Calling will be an added advantage.

Comfortable working in Australian shift timings.

Shift Timings

Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Sunday Fixed Off
