Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5 - 1 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in English . The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required with international experience letter (Mandatory), and candidates must be open to working 5 days working during the Rotational shift.
